Salivary IgA (Salivary immunoglobulin A) is a hallmark of oral local immunoreactivity. The patient's SIgA content changes, can affect the body's immune capacity. This article examines the range of SIgA levels in unstimulated mixed saliva from healthy male adults, smokers, and light-mouth aphthous sufferers and discusses their changes in related diseases to provide clinical data on immune changes. Materials and Methods: The author did three studies. Study 1, establish normal SIgA value. The study object was 10 healthy, completely permanent dentition, no smoking, no drinking
