目的通过对1 307例投诉举报的分析,及时掌握投诉举报方式方法的变化趋势和重点类别的确定。方法对2004~2007年投诉举报资料作现况分析。结果来电举报占74.60%,举报内容以食品卫生无证经营和医疗卫生中无证行医为主,对投诉举报内容经核查属实率高。结论应进一步加大卫生法律法规的宣传,更好地发挥卫生监督作用。
Objective By analyzing the reports of 1,307 complaints, it is imperative to grasp the changing trend and the key categories of complaints reporting methods in time. Methods The status quo of complaint reporting materials from 2004 to 2007 was analyzed. The results reported caller accounts for 74.60%, the report content to undocumented food hygiene operations and medical practice in the main undocumented, reporting the contents of complaints verified by the real rate. Conclusion Publicity of health laws and regulations should be further strengthened to better play the role of health supervision.
