胃癌是危害我国人民健康的主要恶性肿瘤之一,其死亡率占所有恶性肿瘤死亡的23.02％,居各类癌死亡的第一位。随着综合检查技术的普及和诊断水平的提高,早期胃癌的检出率在某些有龄消化内科重点专业的医院可高达18.0％。我院1990～1994年间共做上消化道内镜检查14831例,检出各期胃癌367例,其中早期胃癌35例,早癌检出率9.54％(35/367),本文着重对早期胃癌的内镜
Gastric cancer is one of the major malignant tumors that endanger the health of the people of our country. The mortality rate accounts for 23.02% of all malignant tumor deaths and ranks first in all cancer deaths. With the popularization of comprehensive inspection technology and the improvement of diagnostic level, the detection rate of early gastric cancer can reach as high as 18.0% in some hospitals with major specialized departments of gastroenterology. In our hospital from 1990 to 1994, a total of 14 831 cases of upper gastrointestinal endoscopy were performed. 367 cases of gastric cancer were detected in each period, including 35 cases of early gastric cancer, and the detection rate of early cancer was 9.54% (35/367).
