钢铁中微量锆的测定,有对溴苦杏仁酸富集,偶氮胂Ⅲ光度法等。我们根据资料,试验了在硫—硝混合酸介质中,苯芴酮—溴化十六烷基吡啶(简称CPB)测定钢铁中微量锆的条件。除了试样中含有钼、铌、钛、锡、锗干扰需用噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮(简称TTA)萃取后显色外,可直接测定钢铁中的微量锆。摩尔吸光系数为1.1×10~4,铅量在1~20微克/50毫升范围内,符合比尔定律。含钨钢不适用此法。
Trace determination of zirconium in steel, with brominated mandelic acid enrichment, arsenazo Ⅲ spectrophotometry. Based on the data, we tested the conditions for the determination of trace zirconium in steel with benzofluorenone-cetyl pyridinium bromide (CPB) in sulfur-nitrate mixed acid media. In addition to the samples containing molybdenum, niobium, titanium, tin, germanium interference need to use thiophene trifluoroacetone (TTA) after extraction color, the direct determination of trace zirconium in steel. Moore’s absorption coefficient of 1.1 × 10 ~ 4, lead in the range of 1 ~ 20 micrograms / 50 ml, in line with Bill’s law. Tungsten steel does not apply this method.
