食管癌和贲门癌均为我国常见的恶性肿瘤,也是我国肿瘤防治研究领域中备受关注的肿瘤之一。食管贲门癌的治疗目前仍采用以手术为主的综合治疗,在临床上常根据肿瘤的生长部位、长度、浸润深度、周围淋巴结转移情况决定手术方式。我科自1990—2010年共进行手术治疗食管癌及贲门癌患者1156例,现报告如下。
Esophageal and cardiac cancer are common malignant tumors in our country, but also one of the tumors of concern in the field of cancer prevention and treatment in our country. The treatment of esophageal and cardiac cancer is still used to the comprehensive treatment of surgery, often in clinical practice according to tumor growth site, length, depth of invasion, the surrounding lymph node metastasis to determine the surgical approach. Our department from 1990 to 2010 were a total of 1156 patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer surgery, are as follows.
