The innovation of the main journal under the existing conditions is the first step and the foundational development strategy of our department. Taking this step, we have the conditions and strength to implement the follow-up sequence development strategy. The ratio of high school teachers and junior high school students is 2:1 to 3:1. The potential of the junior high school reading market is huge, and the development of new products can lead to new consumption.
