在水杨酸-苯酚-甲醛(122)树脂合成中加入马来酸二丁酯(DBM),研究了其用量对树脂强度、交换容量、形貌等的影响。通过红外光谱、热重分析等手段对树脂进行分析,探讨加入DBM引起强度变化原因。结果表明,合成中加入4wt%DBM,最终所得到的树脂交换容量不变,强度可由47%提高至94%;虽然添加的DBM部分存在于树脂内部,但提升强度的主要原因是其使树脂出现大孔结构。
Dibutyl maleate (DBM) was added to the salicylic acid-phenol-formaldehyde (122) resin synthesis to study its effect on the resin strength, exchange capacity and morphology. Through infrared spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis and other means of resin analysis to explore the reasons for the addition of DBM caused by strength changes. The results showed that the addition of 4wt% DBM resulted in no change in the resin exchange capacity and the strength increased from 47% to 94%. Although the DBM part was present in the resin, the main reason for its strength enhancement was that it caused the resin to appear Macroporous structure.
