目的分析延续性护理对冠心病患者心血管不良事件的影响。方法收集2015年3月~2016年1月90例冠心病患者并随机分组。普通组行常规护理,延续性护理组加以延续性护理。比较两组患者遵医行为;1年内冠心病患者心血管不良事件发生率;干预前后患者心功能、焦虑心理的差异。结果延续性护理组患者遵医行为高于普通组,P<0.05;延续性护理组1年内冠心病患者心血管不良事件发生率低于普通组,P<0.05;干预前两组心功能、焦虑心理相近,P>0.05;干预后延续性护理组心功能、焦虑心理优于普通组,P<0.05。结论延续性护理对冠心病患者效果确切,可提升患者遵医行为,改善心功能,减轻不良情绪,减少心血管不良事件的发生,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing on cardiovascular adverse events in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Ninety patients with coronary heart disease from March 2015 to January 2016 were collected and randomly divided into groups. Ordinary group routine care, continuity care group to be extended care. Comparing the two groups of patients compliance behavior; 1-year incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in patients with coronary heart disease; before and after intervention in patients with cardiac function, anxiety and psychological differences. Results The follow-up care group had higher compliance rate than the general group (P <0.05). The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the continuous nursing group was lower than that of the normal group in one year (P <0.05) Psychological, P> 0.05; after intervention, the nursing group’s cardiac function and anxiety psychology were superior to the general group (P <0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing is effective in patients with coronary heart disease, which can improve patients’ compliance with medical practices, improve cardiac function, alleviate adverse emotions and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events. It is worth learning from.
