目的：通过总结分析我院医疗不良事件管理所取得的经验及存在的问题，探讨不断完善医疗不良事件管理的方法，提高管理的成效。方法通过分析我院建立医疗不良事件管理系统以来不良事件的上报及整改情况，总结医疗不良事件管理的经验。结果自医疗不良事件管理系统启动以来，我院医疗不良事件上报例数呈逐月上升趋势。结论我院医疗不良事件管理系统取得了良好的成效，得益于管理制度及上报系统的完善、人员培训力度的加大、非惩罚环境及保密性的实行。“,”Objective Exploring the methods to improve the management system of medical adverse events by analyzing the experiences and existing problems of the implementation of this system. Methods To sum up the experience of medical adverse events management by analyzing the medical adverse events reported and rectification. Results The number of reported medical adverse events are on the rise since the management system of medical adverse events started. Conclusion We obtained good achievements in the management system of medical adverse events. The results profit from the perfecting of management system and reporting system;put ing an ef ort into training;building the non punishment environment and ensuring the system security.
