课堂控制是教师为实现课堂教学目标,对学生行为进行有意识引导、约束和调整的过程。小学教师课堂控制存在“知高行低”、相关知识与技能的习得缺乏系统支持的问题,初任教师与成熟教师也各存在不足之处。促进小学教师课堂控制科学化需要做好职前职后教育一体化,切实关注初任教师成长困境与成熟教师的职业懈怠;教师应创建和谐的课堂教学氛围,对学生因材施以合适的课堂控制策略,理论与实践结合。
Classroom control is the process of teachers ’consciously guiding, restraining and adjusting students’ behavior in order to achieve the goal of classroom teaching. The primary school teacher’s classroom control has the problem of lack of systematic support for acquisition of relevant knowledge and skills, and the shortage of first-time teachers and mature teachers. Promote the primary school teachers in class control science need to do a good job integration of pre-service education, and earnestly pay attention to the initial difficulties of teachers and mature teacher occupation lazy; teachers should create a harmonious classroom teaching atmosphere, students apply appropriate classroom control Strategy, theory and practice.
