随着社会经济的发展,个人护理品的生产和使用量迅猛增加。药物和个人护理品(PPCPs)在生产和使用过程中通过各种途径进入环境,很多PPCPs具有环境持久性,生物累积性,成瘾性和高毒性(PBT)。其中具有抗焦虑、镇静催眠和治疗癫痫作用的苯二氮卓类药物成瘾性和难以降解性表现较为突出,逐渐引起人们对其在环境中的含量及环境风险度的关注。参考前人发表的文献,建立一个准确快捷的检测方法显得尤为重要。
With the development of society and economy, the production and consumption of personal care products have rapidly increased. Drugs and personal care products (PPCPs) enter the environment through a variety of routes during production and use, and many PPCPs are environmentally persistent, bioaccumulative, addictive and highly toxic (PBT). Benzodiazepines, which have anti-anxiety, sedative-hypnosis and epilepsy-treating effects, are more and more likely to be addictive and difficult to degrade, gradually raising concerns about their content in the environment and environmental risks. Reference to previous published literature, to establish an accurate and rapid detection method is particularly important.
