铰刀的最大缺点是:决定铰刀直径的刀齿顶部很窄的圆柱导向棱带,在切削过程中(尤其对高强度材料加工时)极易磨损。而通常所使用的铰刀又都是固定式铰刀,因而一旦磨损超出了制造公差,铰刀就不能再用了。鉴于上述原因,我们设计了一种结构新颖的可调式硬质合金铰刀。这样,刀具在磨损后就能重新调整至原来的尺寸,从而大大地提高了铰刀的适用范围和使用寿命。
The biggest drawback of reamers is that the narrow, cylindrical guide rib that determines the diameter of the reamers at the tips of the reamers can easily wear during the cutting process, especially when working with high-strength materials. The reamers that are commonly used are again fixed reamers, so the reamers can not be reused once the wear has exceeded the manufacturing tolerances. In view of the above reasons, we designed a novel structure of adjustable carbide reamers. In this way, the tool after resurfacing can be resized to its original size, thus greatly improving the reamer’s scope and service life.
