保持高校学生党员的先进性是党员培养过程中必须破解的难题,如今在基层党务工作中,总是能发现各种各样的问题。据此本文展开了原因分析,发现科学进步为思想统一带来困难、社会复杂化促使了思想分化。针对上述问题本文进行了实证调研,对学生党员的先进性标准、党员现状、以及群众期待进行分析、归纳,发现了党员发展与群众期望之间的偏差。最后,根据上述问题本文提出了整改措施和思路。 Maintaining the advanced nature of student party members in colleges and universities is a difficult problem that must be solved in the process of cultivating party members. Nowadays, all kinds of problems can always be found in the work of party organizations at the grassroots level. Based on this, the article analyzes the causes and finds that the progress of science brings about the difficulty of unification of thoughts and the social complication leads to the differentiation of thoughts. In view of the above problems, this paper conducts empirical research, analyzes the advanced standards of student party members, the status quo of Party members, and the expectations of the masses, and finds out the deviation between the development of party members and the expectations of the masses. Finally, according to the above problems, this paper puts forward rectification measures and ideas.
