在以往国内外钨矿的物相分析中,分离白钨矿的选择溶剂都采用草酸或稀盐酸,或者是两者的混合溶剂。在这些溶剂中,由于黑钨矿溶下来较多,所以在黑钨精矿中直接测定少量白钨矿的问题,一直没有得到解决。笔者发现结晶氯化铝(AIC1_3·6H_2O)溶液在微沸条件下是浸取白钨矿的良好溶剂。本文采取适当的措施使黑钨矿的溶出率降至非常小,使之适合于黑钨精矿中少量白钨矿的测定。 1.装置:锥瓶容积为250ml的回流加热装置。
In the past phase analysis of tungsten ore at home and abroad, the choice of scheelite solvent selection using oxalic acid or dilute hydrochloric acid, or a mixture of both solvents. Among these solvents, the problem of directly measuring a small amount of scheelite in wolframite concentrate has not been solved since much wolframite is dissolved. The author found that the crystalline aluminum chloride (AIC1_3 · 6H_2O) solution is a good solvent for leaching scheelite under micro-boiling conditions. In this paper, the appropriate measures taken to make the dissolution rate of wolframite dropped to very small, making it suitable for the determination of a small amount of scheelite in wolframite concentrate. 1.
