各地区行署,各市、县、自治县人民政府,柳铁,区直各委、办、厅、局:2001年6月8日凌晨2时30分左右,钦州市汽车总站一辆卧铺客车(车牌号桂N02991)载客行至灵山县灵东大桥时冲出桥面翻入河中,造成了一起特大交通安全事故。为查清事故原因,分清事故责任,更好地吸取教训,根据国务院《特别重大事故调查程序暂行规定》,自治区人民政府决定成立自治区灵东大桥特大交通事故调查组,对灵东大桥特大交通事故进行调查。调查组成员名单如下:
