1985～1990年间用尪痹冲剂治疗强直性脊椎炎30例,获得临床满意疗效,报告如下。30例中男28例,女2例。年龄22～56岁。病程最短5个月,最长27年。早期5例,中期9例,晚期16例.拍片均具有强直性脊椎炎和骶髂关节炎的典型改变.入院时血沉仍块者6例,RF阳性1例.治疗给予尪痹冲剂20克,日三次开水冲服,同时进行矿泉水浴、按摩理疗和功能锻练,少数疼痛剧烈时,短期加服消炎痛25mg,日三次口服。疗效观察:用药最短40天,最长3个月,计近期治愈4例,显效14例,有效9例,无效3例。
Between 1985 and 1990, 30 cases of ankylosing spondylitis were treated with 尪Bi granules, and the clinical curative effect was obtained. The report is as follows. There were 28 males and 2 females in 30 cases. Age 22 to 56 years old. The shortest course of 5 months, the longest 27 years. 5 cases in early stage, 9 cases in middle stage and 16 cases in late stage.The typical changes of ankylosing spondylitis and sacroiliac arthritis were observed in the film.Among them, Three times a day boiled water, while mineral water bath, massage therapy and functional exercise, a small number of severe pain, add short-term indomethacin 25mg, three times a day orally. Efficacy of observation: medication for a minimum of 40 days, up to 3 months, accounting for the recent cure in 4 cases, markedly effective in 14 cases, effective in 9 cases, 3 cases.
