随着信息化、网络化的不断发展,图书资料在载体形式、获取和阅读方式、保管以及存储手段等方面上都发生了根本性地变革。如何有效地进行图书资料的整理与保管已经成为从业人员必须思考与践行的课题。本文笔者立足已有研究文献成果,结合自身工作经验对图书资料的整理与保管工作进行了思考与分享。研究认为有效地完成图书资料整理工作要知晓图书的具体分类方法,并且还要具有较强的责任心;而对于对图书资料的保管工作而言就必须要做到科学化育系统化。同时图书资料的整理与保管的信息化时代特征将会越来越凸显。
With the continuous development of informatization and networking, the fundamental changes have taken place in the aspects of carrier forms, access and reading methods, custody and storage means. How to organize and keep the books and materials effectively has become an issue that practitioners must think and practice. The author of this paper based on the existing research literature, combined with their own work experience on the book information management and storage of thinking and sharing. The research thinks that it is necessary to know the specific classification method of books effectively and efficiently, and also to have a strong sense of responsibility. However, it is necessary to systematize scientific education for the storage of books and materials. At the same time, the characteristics of the era of informationization of books and materials will be more and more prominent.
