多高层建筑竣工后沉降的一种简化地基承载系统

软土地区多高层建筑在竣工后沉降长期缓慢发展,严重的将影响建筑物的正常使用甚至造成破坏。通常加固区的沉降在施工过程中基本完成,长期发展的沉降主要是桩基础软弱下卧层固结造成的。将桩基的承载体系进行简化,利用修正的荷载传递法计算加固区沉降,并将桩端荷载作为下卧层的附加应力,通过求解固结方程计算下卧层沉降,将两者所计算的沉降迭加作为高层建筑桩基础沉降,使其能反映沉降的长期发展趋势,并利用工程实例对计算方法的准确性进行了验证。 After the completion of multi-high-rise buildings in the soft soil subsidence long-term slow development, will seriously affect the normal use of the building or even cause damage. The settlement of the normal reinforcement area is basically completed in the construction process. The long-term development of the settlement is mainly caused by the consolidation of the weak foundation layer of pile foundation. The bearing capacity of the pile foundation is simplified. The settlement of the reinforcement zone is calculated by the modified load transfer method, and the pile tip load is taken as the additional stress of the sublayer. The settlement of the sublayer is calculated by solving the consolidation equation. Subsidence superimposed as high-rise building pile foundation settlement, so that it can reflect the long-term trend of settlement, and the use of engineering examples to verify the accuracy of the calculation method.
