姜宝林,山东平度人。20岁时考入浙江美术学院(现改名为中国美术学院),毕业后留在浙江。转眼间,30多年过去,他已是中国画坛上的南方名家,而他常在画作上署名“鲁人”、“大泽山人”。可见他时时眷恋着自己的故乡——山东。 1962年,姜宝林考入浙江美术学院,主攻中国山水画。业师中有顾坤伯严其规范、陆俨少启其创意、陆维创督其学养,复有潘天寿开其境界,其坚实的学院派基础可想而知。姜宝林调入浙江画院后,自强不息,于1979午又考入中央美术学院李可染之绛帐,攻读其硕士研究生。可谓沐南风而浴北韵,视野、襟怀、境界自是不同凡俗。 1987年,姜宝林应邀到台湾办个人画展。1991年,他的个人画展兼学术讲座在波恩、巴黎举办并引起轰动,一时被传媒称之为“姜宝林效应”。次年,他的作品参加蒙特卡罗现代绘画世界大奖赛,获摩纳哥大公政府奖——这是摩
