中小企业是推动经济增长、促进就业的重要力量。我国政府一直重视和支持中小企业的发展,中央财政为此制定并实施了一系列资金支持和税收政策,对促进中小企业的发展起到了积极作用。
Small and medium enterprises are an important force in promoting economic growth and employment. The Chinese government has always attached importance to and supported the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, the central government has formulated and implemented a series of financial support and tax policies, which have played a positive role in promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
