本实验证明,苍耳子鼻炎丸对甲醛性、蛋清性及二甲苯所致的炎症反应均有对抗作用;也有抑制醋酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加及棉球肉芽肿增生作用。在皮肤渗透性及离体气管实验中,证实可对抗炎症递质组胺。急性毒性表明小鼠灌胃LD_(50)为27.53g(干膏)/kg,腹腔注射LD_(50)为1.95g(干膏)/kg。灌胃剂量相当临床一次口服剂量2110倍,表明本品毒性很低。
This experiment proves that Xanthium rhizome pills have antagonistic effects on formaldehyde, egg white, and xylene induced inflammatory reactions, and also have the effect of inhibiting acetic acid-induced increases in capillary permeability of the abdominal cavity of mice and granulomatous proliferation of cotton balls. In skin permeability and in vitro tracheal experiments, it was shown to be resistant to the inflammatory mediator histamine. Acute toxicity showed that mice fed gavage LD_(50) was 27.53g (dry paste)/kg, and LD_(50) was 1.95g (dry paste)/kg intraperitoneally. The gavage dose is quite a clinical one-time oral dose of 2110 times, indicating that the toxicity of this product is very low.
