现代学徒制的推广关系着我国企业的发展趋势,试点企业参与现代学制的热情越高,越能起到示范作用。运用科学的方法,本文针对企业现代学徒制的负责人,调查其参与的态度,讨论企业参与现代学徒制的热情度。并在此基础之上,收集企业关于现代学徒制的实践资料,思考现代学徒制将会给企业带来怎样的好处;分析企业实践中遇到的难题,推导企业参与现代学徒制的热情度低的原因。
The promotion of modern apprenticeship is related to the development trend of Chinese enterprises. The higher the enthusiasm of pilot enterprises to participate in modern educational system, the more they can play an exemplary role. Using the scientific method, this article investigates the attitude of the participants in the modern apprenticeship of the enterprise, investigates the attitude of their participation, and discusses the enthusiasm of the enterprises participating in the modern apprenticeship. On this basis, we collect practical information on modern apprenticeship and think about the benefits the modern apprenticeship will bring to the enterprise. We also analyze the problems encountered in the practice of enterprises and the low enthusiasm for enterprises to participate in modern apprenticeships s reason.
