高墩小半径连续箱梁桥在山区高速公路的设计中无法避免,目前连续箱梁较成熟的施工方法为满堂支架法和移动模架法,两方法在该类桥型的施工上都存在一定缺陷。笔者根据贵州省某高速公路互通桥梁的设计成果,提出了以钢桁架作为移动支撑模架的分跨逐孔现浇技术。通过计算分析优化了箱梁预应力钢束布置,采用了悬臂浇注、分段施工方式减小了桁架受力及材料用量。并与满堂支架法和移动模架法进行了对比分析。
High pier small radius continuous box girder bridge can not be avoided in the design of mountainous expressway. At present, the more mature construction method of continuous box girder is the full support method and the movable formwork method. Both methods have certain construction on this kind of bridge type defect. According to the design results of an expressway bridge in Guizhou Province, the author puts forward the spot-by-hole pouring technology with steel truss as the movable support mold. Through the calculation and analysis, the prestressed steel beam of box girder is optimized and the cantilever pouring and segmental construction method are adopted to reduce the force and the amount of material. And compared with the full house stent method and the movable mold method.
