卵巢恶性肿瘤是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,死亡率高居妇科肿瘤首位,但卵巢恶性肿瘤的发病机理和治疗机制未完全阐述清楚,这就需要选择合适的动物模型用于研究卵巢恶性肿瘤的病因、侵袭转移机制以及治疗药物的筛选、治疗方法的选择。本实验采用化学诱发的方法建立卵巢恶性肿瘤大鼠模型,并观察其生物学特性,以期为卵巢恶性肿瘤的病因学和治疗学研究提供可选的工具。现报道如下。
Ovarian malignant tumors are one of the most common malignant tumors in women and their mortality rate is the highest among all gynecologic cancers. However, the pathogenesis and treatment mechanism of ovarian malignant tumors are not completely elucidated. Therefore, it is necessary to select a suitable animal model for the study of the etiology of ovarian cancer , Invasion and metastasis mechanisms and selection of therapeutic drugs, treatment options. In this study, a chemically induced rat ovarian tumor model was established and its biological characteristics were observed in order to provide an alternative tool for the study of etiology and therapeutics of ovarian cancer.
