9月7日,铁门关市人大常委会党组举行集体学习和“发挥兵团特殊作用大学习大讨论”研讨交流会。会议首先进行集体学习,学习了《兵团日报关于推进兵团改革系列评论员文章》《自治区党委书记陈全国在中国共产党新疆维吾尔自治区第九次代表大会上的报告》等。集体学习后,与会人员围绕兵团深化改革的重大意义,制约兵团事业发展的根本问题,如何解决
On September 7, the Party Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of Tiemen Gate held a seminar on collective learning and a seminar on “playing a special role of the Corps in studying and learning”. The conference first conducted collective study and learned the articles of the Corps Daily commentary on the promotion of Corps reform series, the report of Chen Quan-kuo, secretary of the party committee of the autonomous region at the Ninth CPC Congress of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and so on. After the collective study, the participants revolved around the great significance of the Corps in deepening the reform, restricted the fundamental problems in the development of Corps, and solved the problem.
