目的探讨在不同暴露时间内,低浓度焦炉逸散物对小鼠肝肾的损伤作用。方法 60只小鼠随机分为阴性对照组,暴露组,每组30只。将暴露组小鼠饲养于低浓度焦炉逸散物污染的环境中,对照组饲养于清洁环境中,动态观察对照组及暴露组在暴露1、2、3个月时小鼠的血清中丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸转移酶(AST)、肌酐(CRE)、尿素氮(BUN)的变化情况,并观察其病理学改变。结果随着暴露时间的延长,暴露组ALT与CRE出现升高趋势,ALT及CRE的在暴露3个月时含量分别达到46.00、52.58U/L,明显高于暴露1个月时和对照组。但对照组与暴露组AST与BUN的含量各个时期变化不明显;小鼠肝肾组织形态学观察显示,暴露2个月时小鼠肝脏出现细胞肿胀,暴露3个月时出现细胞空泡化现象。肾脏在暴露2个月时出现上皮细胞轻微水肿,管腔狭窄,暴露3个月时出现少量的炎症细胞浸润。结论焦炉逸散物可对小鼠肝肾组织产生一定的毒性损害,并随着染毒时间的延长损害作用有增大的趋势。
Objective To investigate the effect of low concentrations coke oven fugitives on liver and kidney in mice at different exposure time. Methods Sixty mice were randomly divided into the negative control group and the exposed group, 30 rats in each group. The exposed mice were housed in a low concentration of coke oven discharge contaminated environment, the control group were kept in a clean environment, the dynamic observation of the control group and the exposed group exposed 1, 2, 3 months mouse serum ALT, AST, creatinine (BUN) and creatinine (BUN) were observed. The pathological changes were also observed. Results With the prolongation of exposure time, the ALT and CRE of the exposed group increased. The levels of ALT and CRE reached 46.00 and 52.58U / L at 3 months of exposure, which were significantly higher than those of the control group at 1 month of exposure. However, the contents of AST and BUN in the control group and the exposed group were not significantly changed in different periods. Morphological observation of liver and kidney in mice showed cell swelling in the liver of mice at 2 months of exposure, and cell vacuolation occurred at 3 months of exposure . When exposed to the kidneys for 2 months, the epithelial cells showed slight edema and the stenosed lumen showed a small amount of infiltration of inflammatory cells at 3 months of exposure. Conclusion Coke oven fugitives can cause some toxic damage to liver and kidney in mice, and with the extension of exposure time, the damage effect tends to increase.
