不锈钢的表面美观,也有很好的耐蚀性,广泛用于建筑、化工设备、汽车及家电行业。在生产制造阶段,由于破坏了表面状态,常常会降低耐蚀性。 日本三幸工业公司采用的SPAC处理方法是在不锈钢表面形成牢固的氧化铬耐蚀层,提高不锈钢的耐蚀性。工艺包括:(1)对工件的清洁处理,去除表面的油和氧化皮;(2)恢复变质层性能的处理,除去由于加工产生的表面粗糙层;(3)形成耐蚀层处理,根据钢种及加工状态,选择最佳浓度、温度、时间,形成牢固的氧化铬层;(4)表层稳定化处理,选择反应的浓度、温度、时间,使耐蚀层牢固、稳定。
