早期护理干预对骨科护患关系信任度的影响

目的:探讨早期护理干预对骨科护患关系信任度的影响。方法:收集2013年6月~2014年6月骨科未进行早期护理干预的1200例临床资料和2014年12月~2015年12月实施早期护理干预的1200例临床资料,比较干预前后患者住院期间不良事件发生率、护理服务质量满意度和投诉率。采用冈谷惠子的护患关系信任度量表比较两者的护患关系信任度。结果:实施早期护理干预后,患者住院期间不良事件发生率和服务质量投诉率显著降低,护理满意度显著提高。护患关系信任度量表结果显示,干预前后护患关系信任度总分比较无统计学差异,护患关系信任度41个项目上,实施后有34项得分高于实施前,其中6项有统计学差异。结论:对骨科患者实施早期护理干预,可降低不良事件的发生率和服务质量投诉率,提高患者对服务质量的满意度和护患关系信任度,有利于患者早日康复。 Objective: To investigate the effect of early nursing intervention on the trust of orthopedic nurse-patient relationship. Methods: The clinical data of 1200 cases without early nursing intervention in orthopedics from June 2013 to June 2014 and 1200 cases with early nursing intervention from December 2014 to December 2015 were collected. The hospitalization period was compared between before and after the intervention Incident rate, satisfaction with quality of care services and complaints rate. The relationship between nurses and patients was compared by using the trust relationship between patients and nurses. Results: After the implementation of early nursing intervention, the incidence rate of adverse events and quality of service complaints during hospitalization significantly decreased, and the satisfaction of nursing was significantly improved. The nurse-patient relationship trust rating scale showed that there was no significant difference in the trust score between nurses and patients before and after intervention, and 41 items of trust between nurses and patients were found. After the implementation, 34 scores were higher than those before implementation, of which 6 were statistically Differences Conclusion: The early nursing intervention for orthopedic patients can reduce the incidence of adverse events and quality of service complaints, improve patient satisfaction with the quality of service and nurse-patient relationship trust, is conducive to the early recovery of patients.
