目的 探讨 p1 6和 p5 3蛋白在胆囊癌发生、发展中的作用及其相关性。 方法 应用免疫组化法对 40例胆囊癌组织中 p1 6和 p5 3蛋白的表达情况进行检测。 结果 p1 6和 p5 3蛋白的表达与胆囊癌的组织学分化 ,淋巴结转移以及预后相关 ;p1 6蛋白的表达还与临床分期有关。 结论 p1 6蛋白的失表达是发生在胆囊癌发展的晚期阶段 ,认为 p1 6和 p5 3蛋白的表达有助于原发性胆囊癌的分化及其预后的判断。
Objective To investigate the role of p1 6 and p5 3 proteins in the occurrence and development of gallbladder carcinomas and their correlation. Methods The expression of p1 6 and p5 3 protein in 40 cases of gallbladder carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of p16 and p53 protein were correlated with histological differentiation, lymph node metastasis and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma. The expression of p16 protein was also related to clinical stage. Conclusion The loss of p16 protein expression occurs in the advanced stage of gallbladder carcinogenesis. It is suggested that the expression of p16 and p53 protein contribute to the differentiation of primary gallbladder carcinoma and the prognosis.
