~(99m)Tc(Sn)-甘露醇制剂用于肾显像已有报道,由于肾清除速度不十分快,所以在做动态肾功能和肾小球滤过率研究时不甚满意.作者改用氯化亚铜作还原剂,制成一种新的复合物:~(99m)Tc(Cu)-甘露醇.100mg甘露醇和4mg氯化亚铜溶于2ml水,80℃加热并摇动,水稀释到20ml,取2ml用碳酸氢钠调pH为6~6.5,3~5ml~(99m)TcO_4~-淋洗液与之混合,通过0.22μ的微孔薄膜过滤灭菌.~(99m)Tc(Cu)-甘露醇在大鼠脏器比活性和肾清除:注射后2min,46.8%聚集在肾脏,心和肝脏仅摄取一小部分,其余大部分在血液内;注射后5min,66%在肾组织内,而血液、心和肝脏的总放
