目的了解安化县中小学生贫血状况。方法选择不同地区的学生16 027名,采用氰化高铁血红蛋白法测定血红蛋白。结果 16 027名学生的贫血检出率为8.20%,其中中学生为9.35%,小学生为7.33%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.21,P<0.01);城区学生贫血检出率为9.39%,农村学生贫血检出率为6.97%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=30.89,P<0.01),男生的贫血检出率为7.14%,女生为9.29%,性别之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.59,P<0.01)。各年龄段学生贫血检出率呈现6岁、13岁组双高峰特点。结论不合理的饮食结构和不良饮食习惯是导致安化县中小学生贫血的主要原因。
Objective To understand the status of primary and secondary school students in Anhua. Methods 16 027 students from different regions were selected. Hemoglobin was measured by cyanmethemoglobin method. Results The detection rate of anemia in 16 027 students was 8.20%, of which 9.35% were for middle school students and 7.33% for primary school students. The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 21.21, P <0.01). The detection rate of anemia Was 9.39%. The detection rate of anemia in rural students was 6.97%, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 30.89, P <0.01). The detection rate of anemia in boys was 7.14% and that of girls was 9.29% The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 24.59, P <0.01). The detection rate of anemia among students of all ages showed the double peak characteristics of 6 years old and 13 years old group. Conclusion Irrational diet and poor eating habits are the main causes of anemia among primary and secondary school students in Anhua County.
