本文采用视觉诱发电位做指标,观察了23例正常儿童和12例弱视儿童的时间对比敏感度。正常儿童的时间对比敏感度VEP最大振幅在12Hz,低和高时间频率两端振幅较平稳下降,两眼间各时间频率的VEP振幅无明显差异。弱视儿童的时间对比敏感度在不同频率下其VEP振幅都普遍低于正常儿童组,屈光不正弱视在20Hz时间频率下视觉诱发电位振幅比斜视性弱视振幅明显降低。表明弱视儿童的时间分辨力比正常儿童明显降低,也为弱视的分类提供了一定的佐证。
In this paper, visual evoked potential as an indicator to observe the 23 cases of normal children and 12 cases of amblyopia children time contrast sensitivity. Normal children’s time contrast sensitivity VEP maximum amplitude of 12Hz, low and high frequency of the two ends of the steady decline in amplitude, the time between the two eyes VEP amplitude no significant difference. Compared with normal children, the contrast sensitivity of amblyopic children at various frequencies was generally lower than that of normal children at different frequencies. The amplitude of visual evoked potential was significantly lower than that of strabismic amblyopia at 20 Hz time frequency. Show that children with amblyopia time resolution is significantly lower than normal children, but also for the classification of amblyopia provides some evidence.
