北大肖国亮教授认为,150年前,人与动物的区别是劳动,150年后人们发现,不断创新的能力才是人与动物的重要区别。这种创新思维的重要特征常表现在人们的思想火花一闪,具有偶然性。需要心灵自由。中国企业家的创新不多,很重要的原因就是心灵不自由。他们将90％的精力用在事务性工作中,只用10％的精力思考企业的发展和未来。要创新就必须改变这个比例关系,用更多时间去思考,去学习。因此,培训也要创新。
