对X100钢级管线钢埋弧焊焊接接头的拉伸和冲击性能进行了研究。结果表明:其焊接接头的抗拉强度和伸长率达792 MPa和9.9%,分别是母材的91.77%和49.5%。HAZ的软化和脆化,使拉伸断裂在HAZ。焊缝区晶界处粗大化合物的析出,以及缺陷的存在,亦使之成了接头强度的薄弱地带。接头的-10℃冲击功均大于150 J。3#试样冲击功最大,表现为塑性断裂;4#试样冲击功最小,属于混合断裂。
The tensile and impact properties of submerged arc welded joints of X100 steel grade steel were studied. The results show that the tensile strength and elongation of the welded joints reach 792 MPa and 9.9%, respectively, which are 91.77% and 49.5% respectively of the base metal. HAZ softening and embrittlement, tensile fracture in the HAZ. The precipitation of coarse compounds at grain boundaries in the weld zone and the presence of defects also make it a weak zone of joint strength. The joint -10 ℃ impact energy is greater than 150J. The impact energy of sample # 3 is the largest, which is plastic fracture; the impact energy of sample # 4 is the smallest and belongs to mixed fracture.
