武钢集团实施跨地区联合重组后,集团管理控制体系的构建成为重中之重。本文通过借鉴国内外企业管理控制理论成果和实践经验,针对武钢集团管理控制的现状与问题,分析了武钢集团管理控制体系构建的必要性、可行性和实用性;提出了包括设计思路与原则、模式选择、路径设计以及实施在内的武钢集团管理控制体系设想,目的是不仅能够淘汰落后产能、推动产业结构调整、优化产业布局、提高产业集中度,而且能够提高职工的收入水平和生活质量。
After WISCO implemented the trans-regional joint reorganization, the construction of the group management and control system became the top priority. This paper analyzes the status quo and problems of the management and control of WISCO Group by referring to the theoretical achievements and practical experience of domestic and international enterprises management and control, analyzes the necessity, feasibility and practicability of the construction of WISCO’s management and control system. Mode selection, route design and implementation of WISCO’s management and control system. The purpose is not only to eliminate outdated production capacity, promote industrial restructuring, optimize industrial layout, increase industrial concentration, but also improve workers’ income level and quality of life.
