中国的宪政问题是中国法治国家建设中非常重要的政治法律理论问题和实践问题。宪政是法治的应有之义;宪政是法治发展的高级阶段;宪政的核心内核是对权力的配置和制约;宪政的基础应该是民主制度和法治的完善;宪法的实施关系到宪政的实现问题。
The constitutional issue in China is a very important issue of political and legal theory and practice in the construction of a country under the rule of law. Constitutionalism is the due meaning of the rule of law; constitutionalism is the advanced stage of the development of the rule of law; the core of constitutionalism is the allocation and restriction of power; the foundation of constitutional government should be the improvement of the democratic system and the rule of law; the implementation of the constitution relates to the realization of constitutional government .
