通过锡铅超塑性材料的挤压实验,探讨了超塑态挤压变形力的计算问题。实验结果表明,超塑态挤压力的计算,可采用非超塑态的挤压力计算公式。但是,计算中用到的屈服条件,要考虑[1]中提出的应变速率强化屈服特性。由理论计算与实验结果的比较,推荐了一种用于超塑态正挤、反挤、管形正挤的理论计算公式。按此式计算所得值与实验结果吻合的比较好,最大误差均不超过15%。从而,为超塑态力能计算提供了理论依据。另外,本文对影响挤压力的主要因素、摩擦力随行程的变化则律也进行了实验研究。
Through the squeezing experiment of tin-lead superplastic material, the calculation problem of superplastic extrusion deformation force was discussed. The experimental results show that the calculation of the superplastic extrusion force can be calculated using non-superplastic extrusion pressure. However, the yield conditions used in the calculation have to be taken into account that the strain rates proposed in [1] strengthen the yield characteristics. Based on the comparison between the theoretical calculation and the experimental results, a theoretical calculation formula of supercushion positive extrusion, anti-extrusion and tubular extrusion is proposed. Calculated according to this formula and the experimental results are in good agreement, the maximum error is not more than 15%. Thus, it provides a theoretical basis for superplastic energy calculation. In addition, the main factors that affect the squeezing force, friction with the law of the law of the law also conducted an experimental study.
