结合“超长先张高强钢绞线预应力混凝土空心板设计与施工成套技术”课题的研究，介绍了普通工艺成型超长预应力混凝土空心板的研究及应用情况，论述了挤压成型超长预应力混凝土空心板的成型工艺及原理、对原材料的要求、生产线的特点、产品主要优点及推广应用情况，明确了需进一步研究解决的课题。
Based on the research of “Complete set of technology of design and construction of prestressed concrete hollow slabs of super-long and high-strength steel strand”, the research and application of ordinary process for forming super-long prestressed concrete hollow slab are introduced. Forming process and principle of prestressed concrete hollow slab, the requirements of raw materials, the characteristics of the production line, the main advantages of the product and the promotion and application of the situation, clear the subject to be further studied and resolved.
