针对航空发动机主轴承安装座结构的变形失效问题,综合考虑构件的材料性质、结构特点、工作状态及加工过程,研究其变形失效原因及变形控制措施。提出利用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行轴承座强度、刚度校核的方法,根据不同加工阶段的特点控制轴承座加工过程中的残余内应力的措施,以及正确借助高精度、高效率的三坐标测量机进行轴承座尺寸及形位检测的方法,为控制航空发动机主轴承安装座的变形问题提供理论指导。
Aiming at the failure of the aeroengine main bearing installation structure, the cause of deformation failure and the deformation control measures are studied considering the material properties, structural characteristics, working condition and processing of the components. The method of checking the strength and rigidity of the bearing seat by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS is proposed. The measures of controlling the residual internal stress during the machining process of the bearing seat according to the characteristics of different processing stages are put forward, and the accurate and efficient coordinate measuring machine The method of bearing size and shape detection is provided to provide theoretical guidance for controlling the deformation of the main bearing of aeroengine.
