目的:研究康泰仙的抗衰老作用。方法:采用D-半乳糖制作的衰老模型,将小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、药物低、中、高剂量组。连续给药灌胃60d后,检测血液、肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量等衰老相关指标。结果:康泰仙可以提高超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活力并显著降低丙二醛含量。结论:康泰仙可通过调节小鼠机体抗氧化酶等方面发挥其延缓衰老的作用。
Objective: To study Kangtaixian anti-aging effect. Methods: The aging model was made by D-galactose. The mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, low, medium and high dose group. After continuous administration for 60 days, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and catalase (CAT) MDA) content and other aging-related indicators. Results: Kangtaixian can increase superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase and catalase activity and significantly reduce the content of malondialdehyde. CONCLUSION: Kangtaixian can exert its anti-aging effect by regulating antioxidant enzymes in mice.
