目前,还存在着一系列阻碍档案潜在信息需求转化的障碍,主要表现为:整个社会的档案意识低下,用户档案需求表达有限;档案服务者个人素质不高、服务水平有限;馆藏档案单一;档案馆信息化水平不高等方面。
