随着建设事业的发展,人们对提高管道承载能力的要求愈来愈高,期望能有较高工作压力的水管问世。但从目前自应力管的生产条件看,要制造口径大于4OOmm、工作压力在0.8MPa以上的自应力管是较困难的,在冬季气温较低情况下,甚至是不可能的。为了充分发挥硫酸盐自应力水泥在水养期的膨胀能,提高自应力值,我们进行了改变水养条件的试验,并已获得了成功。在此基础上,我们为我省全南县水电站生产了一批口径600mm、工压1.0MPa的自应力管。管道试验压力为1.7MPa,出厂检验压力为2.0MPa。
With the development of the construction industry, people have higher and higher requirements for improving the carrying capacity of the pipeline. It is expected that water pipes with higher working pressure will come out. However, from the current production conditions of self-stressed pipes, it is difficult to manufacture self-stress pipes with caliber greater than 4OO mm and working pressure above 0.8 MPa, and even under low winter temperatures, it is not even possible. In order to give full play to the swelling energy of sulfate self-stressed cement in the water period and increase the self-stress value, we conducted a trial to change the conditions of water-holding, and it has been successful. On this basis, we have produced a batch of self-stressing pipes with a diameter of 600 mm and a working pressure of 1.0 MPa for the hydropower station of Quannan County in our province. The pipeline test pressure is 1.7MPa and the factory inspection pressure is 2.0MPa.
