今年7月初,北京市卫生局公布了全市三级医院满意度调查情况,结果显示,49家三级医院平均满意度为79.9%,与去年相比,近六成医院满意度明显下降。
At the beginning of July this year, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Health announced the satisfaction survey of tertiary hospitals in the city. The results showed that the average satisfaction of 49 tertiary hospitals was 79.9%. Compared with last year, the satisfaction of hospitals in the past 60% dropped significantly.
