文章采用文献分析法对各社会主义国家(包括古巴、越南、朝鲜、老挝和中国)卫生事业建设领域的社会主义建设理论与实践进行了归纳整理,总结了各国发展卫生事业的经验与创新点。提出以中国特色社会主义理论指导社会主义卫生事业建设,以卫生事业建设促进中国特色社会主义建设,以坚持政府主导保障百姓获得医疗服务权利,以推广中医治疗减轻政府医疗卫生费用负担,以信息科学技术提高卫生政策基层落实效率。
This article summarizes the theory and practice of socialist construction in the field of public health construction in all socialist countries (including Cuba, Vietnam, North Korea, Laos and China) by literature analysis, and summarizes the experiences and innovations of all countries in developing the cause of public health. It is proposed to guide the construction of socialist health undertakings with the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, promote the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics with the construction of health undertakings, adhere to the government-led protection of people’s rights to obtain medical services, promote Chinese medicine treatment and reduce the burden on government health care, Technology to improve health policy implementation efficiency at the grassroots level.
