外语教学后方法时代背景下,教师培训致力于培养反思型的实践者。APAR教师专业发展模式基于社会建构主义理论,通过构建动态、开放、发展的学习空间引导教师自主发展。以2013—2016年重庆第二师范学院承办的教育部“国培计划”示范性小学英语教师培训项目为例,从项目整体设计、课程设置、项目评价与反馈三个方面探讨APAR教师培训模式的本土化宏观应用,并就模式特色进行了思考与讨论,以期为新时期教师培训提供新思路。
Under the background of the method of foreign language teaching, teacher training is devoted to cultivating reflective practitioners. The professional development mode of APAR teachers is based on the theory of social constructivism and guides the teachers to develop independently by constructing a dynamic, open and developing learning space. Taking the training project of “Guopai Project” demonstrating elementary English teachers under the Ministry of Education 2013-2016 conducted by Chongqing Second Teachers College as an example, APAR teacher training is discussed from the aspects of overall project design, curriculum design, project evaluation and feedback Mode of localization of macro-application, and on the characteristics of the model were thinking and discussion, with a view to providing new ideas for the new period of teacher training.
