采用小鼠移植性肿瘤(Heps、EAS)模型,对粗吻海龙的抗肿瘤有效部位进行筛选,结果表明40％乙醇提取物经大孔树脂柱分离,用蒸馏水洗脱部分对小鼠移植性肝癌作用最强,其抑制率为50.75％。 The mouse anti-tumor (Heps, EAS) model was used to screen the anti-tumor effective parts of the rough-sea turtle, and the results showed that the 40% ethanol extract was separated on a macroporous resin column and the fraction eluted with distilled water was used to treat transplanted liver cancer in mice.
