随着介入放射学的发展,布加综合征(BCS)的治疗已取得了较为满意的效果。我院自1993年8月至1995年7月对19例 BCS 患者成功地进行了介入治疗,其中节段性阻塞12例,膜性阻塞7例,术后效果良好。本文拟将介入治疗术前、术中及术后的临床处理经验总结如下。
With the development of interventional radiology, the treatment of Budd-Chiari syndrome (BCS) has achieved satisfactory results. 19 cases of BCS patients were successfully treated in our hospital from August 1993 to July 1995, including segmental obstruction in 12 cases and membranous obstruction in 7 cases. The postoperative effect was good. This article intends to intervene in the treatment of preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative clinical experience is summarized as follows.
