本文用平面有限元法计算分析长壁工作面顶板动态(应力、位移)与支撑参数(采空区冒落矸石弹性模数、支架初阻力与刚度等)及开采深度的关系。研究表明,采空区矸石弹性模数、支架刚度及初阻力是影响顶板动态的主要因素。提出顶板控制的改善途径及支架合理参数的选择依据。指出端面顶板应力集中是机道上方顶板破坏的基本原因;液压支架应有较高的刚度、较低的工作面支架安全阀开启率。
In this paper, the relationship between dynamic (stress and displacement) and support parameters (the modulus of grounded rock waste, the initial resistance and rigidity of support, etc.) and the mining depth of longwall face are calculated and analyzed by plane finite element method. The research shows that the elastic modulus of gangue, the stiffness of the support and the initial resistance of the goaf are the main factors affecting the roof dynamic. Put forward the ways of improving the roof control and the basis of selecting the reasonable parameters of the support. It is pointed out that the stress concentration on the roof is the basic reason for the destruction of the roof above the road. The hydraulic support should have high rigidity and the opening ratio of the safety valve on the support of the work surface should be lower.
