运用高效液相色谱法,研究了静脉注射时,螨胺磷在大鼠体内的代谢动力学特征、组织分布及排泄途径,并初步分离了胆汁中的代谢产物。结果显示:螨胺磷在体内全身分布,并有周室富集,消除较快,在10mg/kg静脉注射呈二室模型,t1/2α为3.40min,t1/2β为59.03min,全身清除率Cl(s)0.018ml·min-1;螨胺磷主要分布于血流量大的器官及脂肪组织;螨胺磷在体内不稳定,能被肝脏代谢转化成极性更高的化合物后经由胆汁排出,该成分可在同样的色谱条件下被分离,峰保留时间4.25min;粪尿中均未检出原药
Using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), the pharmacokinetics, tissue distribution and excretion pathway of mite in rats after intravenous injection were studied.
