目的:探究住院患者血液标本采集部位以及送检时间等因素对血液检测结果的影响。方法:2013年4月到2014年10月期间收集临安市人民医院250份患者血液标本,分成A组200(80%)份、B组50(20%)份。A组中140(70.00%)份血液标本采集于住院患者点滴异侧肘正中静脉,60(30.00%)份血液标本采集于住院患者点滴同侧肘正中静脉,A组用于血液标本采集部位对血液检测结果的影响分析;B组50人采用一个病人采血二份,分二组(随机的门诊病人),一组在规范的时间(15min)内进行血液检测,一组是血液标本在室温(22℃)保存2小时后再进行血液检测,B组用于血液送检时间对血液检测结果的影响分析。结果:A组对血液中的钾、钠、氯、肌酐、尿酸、葡萄糖等浓度进行检测,同侧采集和异侧采集差异有统计学意义(t=-2.35、18.45、9.40、-38.92、-16.80、-16.85,P<0.05);B组对血液中的肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肌酸激酶(CK)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)等浓度进行检测,不同时间检测差异无统计学意义(t=1.78、0.67、-1.71、0.32、1.79,P>0.05);但血糖变化率具有显著性差异(t=8.02,P<0.05)。结论:住院患者血液标本采集部位于点滴异侧肘正中静脉更为准确,但在送检时间上,笔者认为15min内送检与2h送检,除血糖外差异不大。
Objective: To investigate the impact of blood sampling results on the blood samples collected from hospitalized patients and the time of submission. Methods: From April 2013 to October 2014, 250 blood samples from patients in Lin’an People’s Hospital were collected and divided into 200 (80%) in group A and 50 (20%) in group B, respectively. In group A, 140 (70.00%) blood samples were collected from in-patient patients with ipsilateral elbow median vein and 60 (30.00%) blood samples were collected from in-patient ipsilateral elbow median vein in group A. Blood samples were collected in group A Blood test results of the impact analysis; B group of 50 patients with one patient blood two, divided into two groups (random outpatient), a group of blood tests within the standard time (15min), a group of blood samples at room temperature 22 ℃) for 2 hours after the preservation of blood testing, B group for the blood test time on the blood test results. Results: In group A, the concentrations of potassium, sodium, chloride, creatinine, uric acid and glucose in the blood were detected. There was significant difference between the two groups (t = -2.35,18.45,9.40, -38.92, - 16.80, -16.85, P <0.05). The levels of CK-MB, LDH, ALT, creatine kinase (P <0.05). However, the rate of change of blood glucose had the same trend as CK Significant difference (t = 8.02, P <0.05). Conclusion: The in-patient blood specimen collection site is more accurate than the intravenous elbow median vein. However, in the time of submission, I believe that within 15min and 2h, the difference is not significant except for blood sugar.
